Discounts and Promotional Products
Promotional Products: New users will enjoy a 10% discount on their first order upon registration. Additionally, we launch themed promotions every month, such as the “Spring Bucket Season” and “Hiking Backpack Month.” During these promotions, related products will offer extra discounts or complimentary gifts.
Free Shipping and Shipping Policy
Free Shipping Policy: Orders over $99 qualify for free shipping within the United States. For orders under $99, standard shipping fees will apply.
Shipping Rates:
Within the United States: If the order amount is less than $99, the shipping fee will be $5-$10, calculated based on the package weight and destination.
Other Countries: Shipping fees vary depending on the destination country and package weight, typically ranging from $10 to $30.
Return and Exchange Policy
Returns:
Conditions for Returns: Products purchased within 30 days that are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging are eligible for return.
Return Process: Log in to your account, go to “My Orders,” select the product you wish to return, fill out the return request and provide the reason for the return. Once the return request is approved, we will provide the return address and relevant instructions.
Non-returnable Items: Customized products, used or damaged items, and products for which a return request was not made within 30 days.
Order Cancellation: If the order has not been shipped, you can request to cancel the order. If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may apply for a return after receiving the product.
Order Modification: If the order has not been shipped, you can request to change the shipping address or contact information. If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be modified.
Receiving a Damaged Item: If you receive a product with quality issues, please contact customer service within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for an exchange or refund for you.

Shipping Issues
Free Shipping: Orders that qualify for free shipping within the United States are typically delivered within 7-14 working days. We partner with reliable courier companies such as UPS and FedEx to ensure your orders are delivered safely and quickly.
Non-Free Shipping: For orders that do not meet the free shipping threshold, shipping fees are calculated based on package weight and destination. Delivery usually takes 10-20 working days.
Shipping Tracking: After placing an order, you will receive an email containing the tracking number. You can enter the tracking number on the courier company's official website or our shipping tracking page to check the real-time status of your order.

Return and Exchange Policy During Promotions

However, please note that the discounts on promotional products are significant, and you may not be able to enjoy the same discounts again after returning the items.
